Producer chats and conversations
Frequently asked question: How do I view chats and conversations?
Where to find them
In the side menu, under Control center. Depending on your account, you may see Producer chats (/registros), for conversations with registered producers; Chats (/chats), which can appear on the free tier; and Pre-registration chats (/conversaciones-sin-registro), for people who have not completed registration when a custom channel is available.
On profiles such as super matrix with an Enterprise plan, some options are not shown. Confirm your administrator role and subscribed plan.
What you will see
In Producer chats (/registros), you will find recent activity, status indicators, and, after opening an item, the message thread and producer context. You can reply if the screen allows it, review history, and open linked data.
Suggested daily steps
- Sign in as an administrator.
- Control center → Producer chats (or Chats).
- Use filters or search if available.
- Review the history before replying.
- To escalate, use Invite users or Harvis access for another administrator.
Dynamic analysis and reports
Frequently asked question: How do I generate analyses and reports?
Dynamic analysis
Open Reports (/reportes): indicators and views that update with data entered in Harvis.
- Open the section containing Dynamic analysis, usually on Pro or Enterprise plans.
- Choose the view or report type.
- Adjust filters such as dates, producer, and location, then wait for recalculation.
- If CSV, Excel, or PDF export is available, use it to share with your team.
On a Pro plan, it can coexist with Work planning (/planeacion). Combine it with Analyze with Harvis to explore specific questions.
Analyze with Harvis
Related question: How do I generate intelligent analysis and reports from my data?
How to use it
Analyze with Harvis supports natural-language queries about your operation using the context of your data.
When this feature is available on your plan, open it at /analizar-operacion. The Enterprise plan does not include this section.
- Open Analyze with Harvis from the main menu.
- Ask specific questions about dates, crop, or indicator.
- Review the response and export or copy it if the interface allows.
Combine Dynamic analysis (dashboards) with Analyze with Harvis (questions) for fixed KPIs and deeper exploration.
Configure WhatsApp channel
Frequently asked question: How do I configure my company's WhatsApp channel?
What you can do there
Configure channel appears with a custom channel and without the free tier. The usual route is /canal from Control center or, on Enterprise, Customize Harvis.
- View connection status with Meta / WhatsApp Business.
- Review channel data and verification as shown on screen.
- Manage plan-permitted preferences, such as messages or phone-number quality.
Guided steps
- Control center → Configure channel; on Enterprise, Customize Harvis → Configure channel.
- Follow the assistant or forms and save each section.
- Complete Meta verification outside Harvis if prompted.
- Send a test message from Send messages or the testing tool.
If you do not see the option, you may use Harvis's standard channel or be in activation: contact sales or support.
Configure agent
Frequently asked question: How do I configure the Harvis agent for my brand or protocols?
What you can do
With a custom agent and without the free tier, use Configure agent (/agentes). On Enterprise it is also under Customize Harvis.
- Set the assistant's tone, knowledge base, or instructions.
- Align the agent with commercial, technical, or health policies.
- Connect it to the configured channel.
Suggested steps
- Open Configure agent.
- Review tabs such as identity, limits, and content.
- Save and use Test Harvis or available tests.
- Document profiles if you manage several brands or units.
Bulk messages: templates, flows, and sends
Frequently asked question: How do I send bulk WhatsApp messages?
WhatsApp Business requires approved templates and often flows. In Harvis: template —and optionally a flow—, then schedule or send from Send messages.
1. Templates (/templates)
- Open Templates from Control center or messaging.
- Create a new template or duplicate a base one.
- Complete the name, category, language, and body according to Meta.
- Submit it for approval and wait for Meta's approved status.
2. Flows (/flujos)
- Create or edit a flow at /flujos.
- Design questions, validations, and branches.
- Publish it according to Meta rules.
- Associate it with the template or campaign permitted by your screen.
3. Send and schedule (/comunicados)
- Open Send messages from the menu or Control center; on Enterprise it is also in Customize Harvis.
- Choose the audience through segments or filters.
- Select the approved template and its variables or flow.
- Schedule date and time when applicable; confirm the time zone.
- Review the cost and quantity summary, then confirm.
Track results in the same section or at /comunicados/seguimiento if your account includes it.
Invite producers and invitations
Frequently asked question: How do I invite producers to use Harvis with my company?
Step by step (typical invitation)
With an Enterprise plan and configured channel, Control center shows Invite users (/invitaciones).
- Sign in as an administrator.
- Control center → Invite users.
- Choose the invitation template or flow defined by your organization.
- Enter the producer's name, phone number with country code, and email if applicable.
- Review the message to be sent through WhatsApp or email according to the channel.
- Send the invitation and check whether it is sent, accepted, or pending; resend only if your policy allows it.
Best practices
- Obtain consent (opt-in) to contact the person.
- Use a WhatsApp Business number aligned with the company to avoid quality-related blocks.
- If they do not finish registration, use Pre-registration chats when available.
Order and inventory management
Frequently asked question: How do I track orders and inventory?
Order management
On an Enterprise plan, with orders enabled and no special menu restriction, use Order management (/pedidos).
- View orders and statuses: pending, in preparation, sent, and so on.
- Update statuses for producers and the team.
- Filter by date, customer, or product if the interface provides it.
- Menu → Order management.
- Open an order to view its details, items, and notes.
- Change the status and save; it may notify through WhatsApp according to the flow.
- Align payment and logistics rules before making bulk changes.
Inventory (Pro plan)
With a Pro plan and the Inventory module enabled in preferences, use Inventory in Control center (/inventario).
- Open Inventory.
- Upload or import data through CSV or a bulk form if available.
- Edit rows or records for targeted adjustments.
- Keep units and dates consistent with orders or producer-facing views.
If you do not see Orders or Inventory, it depends on the plan or company flags: contact support or your account executive.
Harvis access for your team
Frequently asked question: How do I give my team access to the dashboard?
Where to manage it
Each person signs in with their own email address; do not share one company password.
- Control center → Harvis access (/usuarios), usually with an administrator role.
- Invite by email, assign roles, and disable access that is no longer needed.
New teammate (summary)
- Invite or add the user according to the screen.
- Enter a corporate email address and role: read-only or administration.
- The user receives an email with a password or linking invitation.
- After first access, they see the dashboard based on their permissions; channel, agent, and billing are usually administrators-only.
Important: a producer's WhatsApp does not replace the dashboard. Internal staff sign in at https://harvis.app —or the domain specified by your organization— with their registered email address.
